This board’s All Mountain Directional outline gives you a stable platform and extra float when you point it downhill, while the Flying V profile blends rocker between your feet with camber at the tip and tail for a balanced ride. With a flex rating of 6, it strikes a midpoint between playful and responsive—enough stiffness to hold an edge at speed without feeling overly rigid when you want to tweak presses or butter off features.

Flying V refers to Burton’s hybrid profile: a slight rocker section between the bindings lifts the contact points for a catch-free feel, while the camber zones underfoot maintain pop and control. The flex scale runs from 1 (very soft) to 10 (very stiff), so a 6 means you’ll have reliable stability in turns and landings, yet still enough give for creative riding.
