Because it’s PFC-free, you can count on drying off your gear without introducing certain persistent chemicals into the environment.

PFC-free means this rain cover hasn’t been treated with perfluorinated chemicals, which are often used to make fabrics water-repellent but can linger in nature. Instead, Deuter has chosen an alternative durable water-repellent finish that sheds moisture effectively while reducing environmental impact.
