The Elan Delight Prime is a versatile alpine ski designed to handle a range of on-piste and mixed snow conditions. With its all-mountain profile, it offers reliable performance for skiers who want a single ski capable of everything from groomed runs to variable terrain.
At 164 cm, the Delight Prime’s sidecut measures 126 mm at the tip, 76 mm at the waist and 103 mm at the tail, striking a balance between nimble edge-to-edge transitions and added surface area for stability. The 14.4 m turn radius supports smooth, mid-radius carves, giving you control without forcing you into very tight or overly wide turns. It comes mounted with ELW 9.0 SHIFT bindings, which provide a secure boot connection and adjustable release settings to suit different skiing styles and safety preferences.
Sidecut refers to the ski’s hourglass shape—the wider tip and tail compared to the narrower waist help you initiate turns more easily while maintaining float and stability. Turn radius is the theoretical circle the ski will carve when tilted on edge; a 14.4 m radius means the Delight Prime naturally follows medium-sized arcs, making it well suited to varied speeds and turn shapes.
