The Jones Mountain Twin Splitboard + skins is a backcountry setup built for riders who want to tour uphill and carve back down without switching boards. It splits into two halves for skinning up slopes and reassembles into a responsive snowboard for the descent, with skins included to help you gain traction on varied terrain.

With a directional twin shape, this board balances switch-friendly performance with a bit of forward bias for stable, controlled descents. Its CamRock profile pairs traditional camber underfoot—offering pop and edge hold—with gentle rocker at the tip and tail to help the board float in softer snow. A flex rating of 7 provides a medium-stiff feel that’s sturdy at speed yet still lively enough to adapt to changing conditions.

The CamRock profile combines the best of camber and rocker: camber between your bindings stores energy for snappy turns and solid edge grip on harder surfaces, while the uplifted sections at nose and tail reduce tip catch and improve floatation in powder. The flex scale tops out at 10, so a 7 means you’ll get reliable response without sacrificing a bit of forgiveness when the mountain turns unpredictable.
