Product Description

The Lange XT Free Pro Model LV 19/20 is a ski boot built to deliver a blend of on-snow control and off-snow mobility. It’s designed for skiers who need precise performance on the descent and enough freedom of movement when hiking or traversing flat sections.

The flex rating of 140 provides firm support and responsive power transfer on firmer snow, while the 43° range of motion lets your cuff open wide when walking uphill or on flat approaches. A low-volume shell gives a snug, close-to-the-foot fit for improved feedback on turns, and at around 1900 grams, the weight stays reasonable for longer outings.

The flex index (140) indicates how stiff the boot is—a higher number means more resistance to forward flex, which helps deliver power to your skis but requires more effort to bend. The 43° range of motion refers to how far the cuff can pivot in walk mode, making uphill travel or bootpacking feel less restrictive. Low volume means the shell has a narrower internal width (often called “last”), suited to those who prefer a tighter fit and more direct connection to their skis.
