The Lowa Walker GTX Women’s is a low-cut hiking shoe for women, aimed at those who want a lightweight option for fast-paced trail walks and day hikes. It combines a breathable Gore-Tex membrane with Lowa’s Speedhiking design to offer a balance of protection and agility on well-maintained paths.

The nubuck leather upper stands up to abrasion and holds its shape, while the wide fit gives extra room for comfort during longer outings. Lowa Speedhiking technology—featuring a flexible midsole edge—boosts stability and ground feel, and the Gore-Tex layer helps keep feet dry when you encounter damp terrain or light rain.

Gore-Tex is a waterproof, breathable membrane made from microporous fibers that prevent water droplets from entering but allow sweat vapor to escape, helping to maintain a balanced foot climate. Nubuck is leather that’s been lightly sanded on the outer grain for a soft, suede-like feel, combining durability with natural water resistance. Weighing about 360 grams per shoe, the Walker GTX remains light enough to reduce fatigue on brisk hikes.
