Product Description

The Meindl Lima Mid GTX is a mid-height hiking shoe designed for men who need dependable footwear on travel and walking trips. It falls into the high hiking shoe category, offering ankle support without the stiffness of a full boot and keeping your feet protected on varied terrain.

Constructed from nubuck leather and suede, the Lima Mid GTX molds to your foot over time while resisting scuffs and abrasions. Its regular width balances snug fit and freedom of movement, and the GORE-TEX lining seals out water while allowing sweat to escape, so you stay dry in damp conditions. Underfoot, Meindl’s Air Active technology cushions each step and channels heat away, helping to reduce fatigue on longer days.

GORE-TEX is a waterproof, breathable membrane whose microscopic pores block liquid water but let water vapor pass, preventing external moisture from entering while allowing internal moisture to escape. Air Active is a midsole design featuring cushioning layers and ventilation channels that absorb impact and promote airflow, helping keep feet cooler and more comfortable over extended periods.
