The Rab Neutrino Endurance 400 XL is a mummy-style down sleeping bag crafted for three-season use in cooler conditions. Its extra length makes it a good fit for taller trekkers, offering a blend of warmth and packability for multi-day excursions or alpine camps.
This bag uses 400 g/m² of European goose down to deliver comfort at +1.5 °C for women and −4 °C for men, while the Pertex Quantum Pro shell and lining protect the insulation from wind and moisture. At just under one kilogram, it falls into the light category, so you get substantial loft without carrying extra bulk in your pack.
The 400 g/m² fill weight refers to the amount of down per square meter of fabric—more down provides greater warmth and compressibility. Pertex Quantum Pro is a tightly woven nylon treated to repel water and resist abrasions, helping the down maintain its loft even in damp environments.
