Product Description

The Robens Klondike is a 5-person polycotton tipi tent designed for group camping trips. Its single-wall style with a central pole offers a simple, spacious shelter that blends traditional shape with modern materials, making it a reliable base for outdoor adventures.

Constructed with HydroTex Polycotton, the Klondike balances robustness and breathability to help manage condensation and withstand wear. The fully integrated 210T Oxford polyester groundsheet adds an extra barrier against damp terrain, while the anodised aluminium frame ensures a stable structure without excessive weight. Inside, the 270 cm peak height and 390 × 370 cm floor area give ample room for gear and movement, and when packed down to 80 × 27 cm at 18.2 kg it remains transportable for car-based or basecamp trips.

HydroTex Polycotton is a 65% polyester and 35% cotton blend that brings together polyester’s quick-dry strength with cotton’s natural breathability, helping to reduce internal moisture buildup. The anodised aluminium poles undergo an electrochemical treatment that forms a protective oxide layer, improving resistance to corrosion and wear without adding bulk.

The roomy and popular Klondike bell tent provides excellent levels of comfort for up to six people. The vertical door makes for easy access - especially in bad weather. Protective eaves run around the tent to shelter door and walls from rain run off. The groundsheet features a zip to the centre alloy pole, enabling it to be rolled away at the door to create a safe area in which to use the optional stove and a place for muddy boots. The neat Internal Apex Vent Control can be easily opened and closed from inside works with low-level mesh vents to control ventilation.
