Its medium-stiff flex rating of 7 strikes a balance between firmness and comfort, giving you enough stability for fast carves while still allowing for some play when you need it. A response rating of 7 means your movements are transferred efficiently from your boots to the board, so turns feel direct and predictable rather than sluggish.
