The Salomon Faction Boa RTL Womens snowboard boots are built for all-mountain riding, offering a straightforward setup that adapts to varied terrain. Designed with women riders in mind, these boots aim to provide a reliable mix of comfort and control whether you’re carving groomers or exploring off-piste.

With a medium-volume fit and a flex rating of 5, these boots strike a balance between responsiveness and cushioning. The Boa dial system replaces traditional laces, letting you tweak tension quickly—helpful when you need to tighten up for a steep line or ease off during a long day on the hill.

The flex scale ranges from 1 (very soft) to 10 (very stiff), and a 5 falls right in the middle, giving enough support underfoot without feeling overly rigid. The Boa closure uses a simple dial and steel cables: turn the dial to draw the cables tight around your foot, then pop it open when you’re ready to step out. It keeps pressure even and cuts down on loose-lace hassles.
