The Salomon QST Lux 92 21/22 is a mid-width ski designed to balance stability and agility on a variety of slopes. Its dimensions and turn characteristics aim to give riders a dependable feel whether carving on groomers or exploring gentler off-piste terrain.

At 161 cm, this ski carries a 16 m turn radius, which supports smooth medium-radius arcs without feeling overly restrictive. The 129/92/112 mm shape combines a wider tip and tail for reliable edge hold and flotation in softer snow with a narrower waist for quick edge-to-edge transitions. A flat binding setup ensures direct power transfer, letting you sense changes in terrain more immediately.

Taillering refers to the ski’s width profile—129 mm at the tip, 92 mm underfoot and 112 mm at the tail—and directly affects how the ski initiates, holds and releases turns. The 16 m turn radius describes the curvature the ski naturally follows when tipped on edge: a 16 m radius delivers a medium-sized arc that strikes a balance between high-speed stability and nimble responsiveness.
