The Therm-a-Rest Questar 32 is a lightweight, two-season mummy-style sleeping bag designed for cooler-weather camping, keeping most women comfortable down to around +5°C and most men down to around +0°C.

It uses 650-fill Nikwax Hydrophobic Duck Down for warmth that holds up even when damp, wrapped in a 20D polyester shell treated with a durable water-repellent finish to shed moisture. The mummy cut and articulated footbox follow your body’s contours for effective heat retention without feeling bulky, and it compresses to about 22 × 17 cm for easy stashing in a pack.

“650-fill” refers to the down’s loft—the higher the number, the more insulation you get per ounce—so 650-fill strikes a balance between warmth and weight. The Nikwax treatment makes the down repel water rather than absorb it, while the DWR coating on the polyester shell offers a light barrier against dew or light rain without adding extra bulk.
