Product Description

The Volkl Deacon 75 21/22 is an alpine ski designed for groomed slopes, offering a blend of stability and responsiveness for skiers who want reliable on-piste performance.

At 168 cm length, the Deacon 75 features a 126/75/105 sidecut and a 15 m turn radius, allowing you to link medium-radius turns with ease. Its slim 75 mm waist responds quickly from edge to edge, helping you carve clean arcs, while the wider tip and tail provide support at higher speeds. The included vMotion 11 GW binding integrates with GripWalk boots and ensures consistent power transfer from skier to ski.

A 15 m turn radius describes the natural curve the ski follows when tipped on edge—a smaller radius yields tighter turns, while a larger radius produces longer, sweeping arcs. Sidecut, given here as 126/75/105 mm, refers to the ski’s width at the tip, waist and tail: a narrower middle section makes it easier to initiate turns, and the broader ends maintain grip and drive through the carve.
