Meet the Völkl Racetiger RC UVO 17/18, a piste ski built for sporty long turns on groomed slopes. It’s part of Völkl’s men’s ski lineup and comes ready for carving your way down the hill.

With its 119-72-101 mm shaping, this ski offers a good balance between solid stability at speed and the agility to adjust your carve mid-turn. The included x-Motion 11.0 D bindings deliver reliable power transfer underfoot, so what you ask of the ski comes through directly at the edge.

The 16.4 m radius of this 170 cm ski sets you up for medium-to-large turn arcs, letting you link carved turns without feeling like you’re fighting the ski to change direction. In ski design, “radius” refers to the curve the ski naturally follows when tipped on edge—smaller numbers suit quick turns on tight slopes, while around 16 m suits more sweeping styles.
