Product Description

The Head V-Shape V6 is a ski built for carving short, responsive turns. It’s aimed at riders who like to feel connected to the snow and guide their skis precisely from one arc to the next.

Featuring a 13.5 m turn radius at 170 cm, the V6 reacts quickly when you lean into a new turn, while its 132/78/113 mm sidecut profile helps you initiate and exit turns with confidence. It comes mounted with Head’s PR 11 GW binding in Matt Black-Flash Red, offering secure release performance and compatibility with GripWalk boot soles.

The turn radius number describes the size of the circle a ski would carve if you leaned it fully on edge—13.5 m means tighter, more agile turns. Sidecut measurements (tip-waist-tail widths) influence how easily the ski bends and grips: a wider tip and tail combined with a narrower waist delivers a balanced mix of edge hold and maneuverability. GripWalk is a boot-sole standard with a slightly rockered front and rubber tread that improves traction when you’re walking in your ski boots, and the PR 11 GW binding is designed to work with that sole shape.
