The Oakwood Jacket Men from Jack Wolfskin is an outdoor shell designed to keep you comfortable when the weather turns damp. It serves as a reliable barrier against wind and rain, making it well suited for hiking, camping or daily use on blustery days.

Made from a blend of 54% organic cotton and 46% polyamide, this jacket balances natural comfort with durable performance. The two-layer Texapore construction adds a lightweight waterproof membrane bonded to the outer fabric, while its breathability of 6,000 g/m² over 24 hours helps sweat vapor escape during activity. At just under a kilogram, it’s sturdy enough to resist wear yet still packs reasonably compact for stashing in a backpack.

Texapore is Jack Wolfskin’s waterproof-breathable technology. The two-layer design means a protective membrane is applied directly under the outer fabric, blocking rain while allowing moisture from your body to pass through. The breathability rating of 6,000 g/m²/24 h indicates how much water vapor can escape in a day—enough to reduce clamminess during moderate exertion.
