The Convey Tour HS Hooded Jacket Men by Mammut is a hooded shell built for wet-weather hiking and general outdoor use. Its half-length cut and streamlined design focus on delivering reliable protection from rain without adding unnecessary bulk.

As an unlined, 2.5-layer jacket, the waterproof GORE-TEX membrane is bonded directly to the outer fabric with a thin protective backing instead of a full lining. This approach keeps the jacket lighter and more packable while still standing up to driving rain, and the hooded design with extended rear hem adds useful coverage when conditions turn damp.

In a 2.5-layer construction, the third layer is a printed or coated backing that shields the membrane from abrasion. That makes the jacket more breathable and easier to stow compared with fully lined shells, while preserving the waterproof performance GORE-TEX is known for.
