Product Description

The Thermarest Z-Lite Sol Regular is a lightweight closed-cell foam sleeping mat designed for solo campers and backpackers. It provides a simple, no-fuss way to add cushioning between you and the ground on overnight trips.

Weighing just 410 grams, this pad falls into the ultralight category, and folds up compactly into a 51 x 13 x 14 cm package that slips easily into or onto a pack. The 100% polyethylene foam construction resists tears and holds its shape night after night, while the 2 cm thickness offers a balance of low bulk and ground cushioning, making it a good choice when every gram counts.

The R-value of 2 measures the mat’s thermal resistance and gives you an idea of how well it keeps you insulated from cold ground. An R-value at this level is suitable for milder conditions in spring through autumn, helping retain some body heat without extra bulk.
